Home Alone Safety

This program is currently unavailable. Click here to view all of our current programs.

Unexpected events such as a snow day, business appointment, or child care plans falling through can happen at any time. Occasionally your child may need to be alone after school. Making sure your child is prepared and feels confident and safe is essential for a successful home alone experience. Staying home alone can be a positive experience for kids and can help them to gain a sense of self-assurance and independence.

The Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel programs which do not support themselves. If a class must be cancelled due to weather, instructor illness, facility issues, etc., the Department will make every effort to contact participants. No classes are held when the Foxboro Public Schools have been cancelled due to weather conditions. If a class is cancelled, you will be notified
regarding a make up class.

Refund Policy
The Recreation Department has a NO REFUND policy unless the program is cancelled or there are
special circumstances. In most cases, credits are given and do not expire.
