Dog Training Class Description:

Looking for better ways to effectively communicate with your dog? Do you want to enjoy your outings with your dog, whether they be hikes in the woods or walks around the neighborhood, but find it sometimes challenging to get on the same paw? Join Pamela Natale, owner of The Woodland Wag, LLC for a four week dog training class, using positive reinforcement training methods, focused on a lifestyle approach to sharing our lives with dogs. This basic manners class will teach humans what their dogs are trying to communicate, ways to help dogs live successfully in a human home and teach cues important for safety such as “wait,” “with me,” and “trade.”  Beyond training, Pamela will go over ways to add enrichment to your dog’s life, meet your dog’s individual needs, and highlight the significance of adding choices to your dog’s daily routine. We will practice loose leash walking, scavenging games, and sniff walks. This is much more than a basic dog training class! If you want to add more adventure to your dog’s day, understand their experience, and learn ways to effectively communicate with them, join us starting Wednesday, May 3rd at 6:30 pm. Limited number of dogs accepted to promote a successful environment for the dogs and their people!

*Class will run Wednesday, May 3rd until Wednesday, May 24th
*First week is for humans only and will run from 6:30 to 7:30
*The remaining three weeks with the dogs will be 45 minute classes
 *Class size is extremely limited
 *Dogs must be friendly
