24 hours to a better, more confident perspective for girls


This 24 hour program for girls will be a great experience for any tween/teen to build confidence, understand pitfalls/benefits of social media, learn to mediate, work as a team and share experiences. The day consists of learning sessions along with cooking together, swimming, exercising, and many other fun aspect. We teach the girls, in a comfortable small setting how to navigate through the teenage early years and find the confidence inside of each one of us.


A full 24 hours of fun teamwork, learning, navigating, talking, sharing, meditating, eating, laughing and more!

The program consists of:




  • Meditation, yoga, swimming, social media session, make your own pizza, hike in state forest, make a bath bomb, movie night, zumba, team building experience, body image session, power of positivity, sleepover and breakfast in the morning!





Rachel Calabrese and Michelle Peck are the instructors for this program.

Rachel Calabrese is a Foxboro mom to 3 children ages 13, 11 and 8. She spent 8 years working in a homeless shelters across the state with Birthday Wishes. Most recently, she was the Program coordinator for Foxboro Recreation and loved creating programs and events for children to boost their confidence. She left the Recreation Dept. in Dec 2016 to begin her own non-profit organization. ConfiKids, Inc. to help financially aid children's programming. She teaches zuma classes in the community and she also coaches U14 Girls Soccer among other volunteer roles in the community. This program focuses on pre-teen/teen girls and increasing their self-confidence, that is huge priority to her personally and professionally.

Michelle Peck is a Foxboro mom to 2 girls aged 10 and 12. She has her degree in social work and education, her passion is to work with children of all ages, she is currently teaching yoga and mindfulness meditations to school aged children. She also teaches religious education and coaches softball for volunteer work.She hopes to use her knowledge and skills to promote mental health and wellness for our youth.
