IMPORTANT DATES
Nov 1 – registration opens
Dec 1 – registration deadline - $250 deposit,
Agreement/Release and Behavioral contract
signed and due
Jan 3 – Confirm total number of participants
(including students, chaperons, and paying
adults). Invoices sent out with balance due
Jan 27 – Final payment due to Foxboro
Rec Department. No exceptions.

Cancellation/Refunds:
Between registration and Jan 2: non-refundable $45
Between Jan 3 and Jan 27: non-refundable $270
Between Feb 2 and March 20: non-refundable 50% of program fee
After March 20th: no refund
